He has general expertise in: Corporate Finance; Corporate Strategy; Market Due Diligence and Business Planning; Marketing and Sales; Research and Operations.
Emmanuel is passionate about human capital development. He conceptualised the Conceptual 7 (C7) framework –a human capital intervention solution, focused on bridging the skills gap in Nigeria’s workplace . He has also led and been part of several training programmes across various management executive and management positions in a number of private companies and government institutions.
He is currently the Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Dabar Objects Solutions –an enterprise and consumer technology company, based in Lagos Nigeria. He oversees the firms finance and operation.
A Learning & Development /Team- Building expert, Tunde has spent the last 8 years researching and deploying strategic solutions aimed at assisting ambitious organizations increase people performance. He is a CMD accredited Management Development trainer,A member of Nigerian Institute of Training & Development, an Associate member of the prestigious Institute of Strategic Management, a professional member of the American Society for Training & Development –ASTD. He has a certificate in ROI methodology and Human Performance Improvement.
He is a founding member of the Learning & Development Network of Nigeria and a seasoned public speaker. He was honored as a worthy apprentice for displaying creativity, innovation, teamwork, professionalism, honor and integrity while participating in the first season of The Apprentice Africa.
He has consulted in recent years on numerous youth development projects like Lagos State Ignite Enterprise, Sure-P Graduate Internship Scheme with the Nigerian Federal Government and Samsung Real Dreams with the International Youth Foundation. His expertise in evaluation and performance makes significant impact on the success of those projects
